Major Projects - Final site assembly, full development evaluation for a major mixed-use residential and commercial project, and subsequent sale and closing of a prominent city block on the Near West side of Chicago now under construction known as "SkyBridge".

Industrial - Project Management, Exclusive Broker, and related services for the Oak Grove Business Park development in Waukegan, Illinois (see project tab).

Complex Assets - Affiliated with Arthur Hill & Company for client services associated with both the (a) optimization of asset value from the closing and subsequent sale of the Columbus Hospital and Medical Office Buildings in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago, and (b) attainment of project entitlements and use configuration of the Church Street Plaza redevelopment in Evanston, Illinois.

Multi-Party Transactions - Project management for Lake Forest Open Lands to acquire, subdivide, and sell the 200+ acre property known as the Middlefork and Lewa Farm parcels in Lake Forest, Illinois involving the City of Lake Forest, the Lake County Forest Preserve District, and private residential development entities.

Sensitive Processes - Consulting and brokerage to achieve the disposition of a residential estate level property in Lake Forest, Illinois.

Refinancing - Advisory services to owners of federal subsidized properties seeking portfolio level and project refinancing for properties located generally in the 17 state Midwest area.

Portfolios - Joint venture with national "big six" accounting firm to establish portfolio management and disposition capability for distressed office, retail, hotel, industrial, and raw land properties located nationwide.
